(Made with Photoshop cs2 v.9.0).
From
to 
1- Step one.
- Duplicate layer.
- Blending options> screen 100%.
2- Step two.
- Layer> new adjustment layer> selective color>(relative)
Reds: cyan -60, yellow +54
Neutrals: cyan -5, yellow -10
3- Step three.
- layer> new adjustment layer> selective color>(relative)
Neutrals: cyan +54, magenta -5, yellow -21
4- Step four.
- layer> new adjustment layer> color balance>(midtones)
cyan/red +33
magenta/green -6
yellow /blue +13
5- Step five.
- let's make disappear the white top.
layer> merge visible.
duplicate layer.
Now we use the smudge tool.
6- Step six.
layer> merge visible.
duplicate layer.
Ok, now we think that the top blue is too dark, so we use the lasso tool to select the area ( the magic wand tool if the color is uniform).
And then:
layer> new adjustment layer> color balance>(midtones)
cyan/red -100
It's still dark so:
layer> new adjustment layer> selective color>(relative)
neutrals: black -50
7- Step seven.
layer> merge visible
duplicate layer.
As this is photoshop and Olive is going to be thankful, let's use the blur tool to make a "lifting" on her neck. :P
8- Step eight.
The final touch is adjusting the brightness/contrast.
b +4, c -9
9- Step nine.
And now we only have to add the text:
GF- ordner inverted for "fake".
Violation for "smiles".
And voilà !!!
