1. Open you base and crop to 100 x 100 pixels.

2. Duplicate your base and set to Soflight 30% Opacity.

3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer

4. Duplicate the previous Channel Mixer Layer and set to Luminosity 100% Opacity.

5. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Colour

NEUTRALS

6. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
RGB
Point one: output: 27
input: 39
Point two: output: 205
input: 190
Point three: output: 255
input: 215
Set this Layer to Luminosity 100% Opacity.

7. Duplicate your base, drag to the top and set to Luminosity 40% Opacity.

8. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance
SHADOWS

MIDTONES

HIGHLIGHTS

Set this Layer to Lighten Color 100% Opacity.

And you are done!
Please be aware this is not ment to be a exact tut, you will need to change it up for each image
