Involves : Fill layer,Selective coloring,Coloring balance
PSD: Yess

  you dont have to follow this tutorial step by step it all really depends on the image like this coloring works pretty good with stills or photoshoot pics and sometimes it looks good adding a screen layer it just depends on the image your working with 

1.Crop your picture to 100X100 and then
prep it however you like sharpen/screen layers ect..

2.Layer > Fill layer > #f5b411 > set to soft layer 26%

3.Layer > New adjustment layer > Selective Color
cyan: -33
Magenta: +22
Yellow: +28
Black: +20

cyan: -100
Magenta: +100
Yellow: +100
Black: +100

Cyan: +18
Magenta: +9
yellow: 0
black: +19

4.Layer> New Adjustment layer> Selective color
cyan: -6
magenta: 0
Yellow: 0
Black: -24

cyan: 100
magenta: 100
yellow: 100
black: 100

5.Layer> New adjustment Layer> Color balance
cyan: -12
magenta: -12
Yellow: -9

cyan: 0
magenta: -5
Yellow: -12

cyan: +7
magenta: 0
yellow: +14
