1. Open your base, and crop to 100 x 100 pixels.

2. Duplicate your base and set to Softlight 60% Opacity.

3. Create a new fill layer and flood with fdc4d6 set to Softlight 100% Opacity.

4. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation

6. Duplicate your base and drag to the top and set to Luminosity 100% Opacity.

7. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color

And your done. This exact coloring won't work for every image, it's simply a guide.
