Fill layer with #eefee6 and set to Burn 100%.

Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Colour Balance
Midtones: 0, 0, 20
Shadows: 0, 12, 20
Highlights: 0, -10, 0

Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Curves
RGB: point one - 150>179
Red: point one - 133>150
Green: point one - 113>118
Blue: point one - 117>124

Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Channel Mixer
Red: 120, -70, 30
Green: -18, 100, 20
Blue: -20, 30, 100

Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: 20
Contrast: 8

Duplicate base, drag to the top, and set to Softlight 100%.

(If your image turns out too red, create a new h/s/l layer, go to 'reds' and set the saturation to '-20'.)
