Steps: Seven.

First gather your picture, and then prepare your base however you wish.

1. Layer > Color Fill Layer > #FFFFFF and set to Soft Light 100%.

2. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves

RGB:
Input: 115
Output: 99

3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves

RGB:
Input: 111
Output: 121
 
--->

4. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance

M: -9, -22, 19
S: +10, +15, -10
H: +1, -12, -6
--->

5. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast

B: -16
C: -7

--->

6. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves

RGB:
Input: 122
Output: 127

7. Merge all layers and you're done! Sharpen if needed.
