my second tutorial! :D

steps: 16

1. Use the healing brush & blur tool to fix any flaws.

2. Go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen Edges.

3. Go to Image > Auto Tone, Image > Auto Contrast, & Image > Auto Color.

4. Duplicate your base layer & set it to Screen 100%.

5. Make a new Color Fill layer with #ff55b1. Set it to Soft Light 36%.

6. Make another Color Fill layer with #4cfcfe. Set it to Color Burn 9%.

7. Make a new Channel Mixer layer.
Red: +99, -5, +9, -5
Green: +5, +97, -5, -1
Blue: +3, +3, +89, +1

8. Make a new Levels layer. 11, 1.18, 243

9. New Curves layer.
First dot:
Input: 120, Output: 133

Second dot:
Input: 141, Output: 160

10. Make a new Color Fill layer with #456987. Set to Exclusion 30%.

11. Duplicate your base layer, bring it to the top, & set to Soft Light 100%.

12. New Color Balance layer.
Midtones: +5, +5, +8
Shadows: -6, -1, +10
Highlights: +3, -3, +6

13. New Color Fill layer with #ffffff. Set to Soft Light 41%.

14. Take this texture. Set to Lighten 100%.

15. Take this texture. Set to Lighten 100%.

16. Take this texture. Set to Lighten 100%. You're done :]
