Other examples:

Step 1. Make a new Levels layer and enter these settings:
Input: 1 - 1,35 - 232

Step 2. Make a new Color Fill layer and fill it with D3B4B4 and set it to COLOR BURN, 40%.

Step 3. Another fill layer, fill it with 3F3B3B, then set it to EXCLUSION 59%.

Step 4.  Make a new Color Balance layer:
Midtones: 7, 6, 2
Highlights: 5,3,9

Step 5. Make a new Brightness/Contrast layer:
Brightness: 11
Contrast: 19

Step 6. Make a new Selective Color layer and enter the following settings:
Reds: 5, -3, 1, 2
Yellows: 8, 4, 2, 6
Whites: 100, 0, -25, 0
Neutrals: 10, -2, 1

Step 7. Make a new Hue/Saturation layer and enter these settings:
Master: 0, 10, 0
0,15, 0
0, -3, 0
0,50, 0
0, 50, 0
